WHAT INFO IS REQUIRED TO PLACE AN ORDER?
- Your name, Phone Number, Delivery Address
- Artwork. MUST be supplied at minimum 300dpi raster files AT PRINT SIZE or vector files.
- Brand of garment, style name/code
- List of garments sizes and colours.
- Pantone numbers for ink colours.
- Print width dimenions.
- Required date of completion.

We don’t quote prices over the phone and there is not much we can tell you until we have all of your order request information.
Include as much information about your requirements as possible on first contact so we can get you rolling!

We can offer the best rates when following the below guide for minimum quantities
1 colour print 10pcs
2 colour print 20pcs
3 colour print 30pcs
4 colour print 40pcs
5 colour print 50pcs

what colours can you print?
Pantone Solid Coated formula guide is the print industry standard.
Pantone colours must be supplied.
In the case they are not supplied we will match as close as possible to the artwork supplied.

what is your max print size?
We can print 360mm x 500mm comfortably.
TURNAROUND TIME
We generally work on 3 weeks turnaround. This includes standard stock delivery time from our suppliers. In saying that it normally doesnt take this long...
We hand print and our main goal is to maintain our high standard printing output. Hand printing takes time. If you need something yesterday, take a deep breath in, push it out and be realistic. We will always do our best to meet your deadline. Rush fees will apply for any order that requires us to adjust our print schedule.
Can i supply my own stock?
Why would you want to? We can source garments at wholesale rates from all the best suppliers and pass on the saving to you.
If you have custom made garments or already have stock for what ever reason we may accept your garments to be decorated. If so garments must be new, unwashed and while every care is taken with your stock there are unpreventable circumstances in custom decoration,
Mistakes can be made. All orders are subject to a +/- 3% misprint ratio. Misprints are rare but this is standard practice in the printing industry.
WE WON'T REPLACE A CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GARMENT DUE TO SPOIL.
So please supply extras if a specific quantity is required.
Stock must be supplied with a detailed list of qtys, sizes, design sets and be unbagged. If garments need unbagging it will be charged at 75c per item.
Delivery
We have worldwide delivery services to meet all requirements. All orders are delivered using our courier services unless otherwise requested. Cost will be added to your invoice. You are welcome to pick up in person, but please make contact to arrange a time that suits.

We reserve the right to refuse to reproduce any artwork or work with any organisation that does not fit with our stance on Racism, Violence, Discrimination and Equality.
